Official Rules

These Official Rules explain how Packs work on partyrips.com and in any Party Rips mobile application (the “Service”). They form part of our Terms of Use, and capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.

1. Retail Purchases Only; No Contests or Sweepstakes

1.1 Party Rips does not run contests, sweepstakes, lotteries, drawings, tournaments, or leaderboards. There is no event to enter, no entry fee, and no prize pool or winner selection.

1.2 Every Pack is a retail purchase of a physical collectible at the fixed price shown before you confirm. Every Pack results in a physical item, and buying a Pack is not a wager.

2. Apple and Google Are Not Sponsors

2.1 Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, Party Rips, its Packs, or any promotion on the Service. Google LLC is likewise not a sponsor of, or involved with, the Service.

2.2 The Service is operated by Party Rips, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 11 E. 1st St. PH21, New York, NY 10003. Questions or complaints go to support@partyrips.com, not to Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must hold an Account in good standing, be at least 18 years old, and be located in an Eligible Location as set out in Section 2 of the Terms of Use. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How Packs Work

4.1 Odds are shown before purchase. On any Pack, the Thrill Level control shows each rarity tier, its value range, and the percentage chance of receiving an item from it. Changing the Thrill Level changes those odds, and the odds shown when you confirm a purchase are the odds that apply.

4.2 The item is selected at random by our system when a purchase is confirmed, using the displayed odds. Animations and other interface elements do not affect the outcome, as set out in Section 6.5 of the Terms of Use.

4.3 Once revealed, the item is yours. You may have it shipped within its Claim Window, or sell it back at the Sell-Back Rate, as described in the Terms of Use and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Promotional Packs and Credits

5.1 We may occasionally offer free or discounted Packs or promotional credit. These are retail promotions, not contests: there is nothing to enter and no winner is chosen.

5.2 A promotional Pack uses the same odds as a purchased Pack of the same type and Thrill Level. Promotional credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and may carry limits or an expiry shown where it is offered. We may change or end a promotion at any time, and anything already granted is honored.

6. Other Terms

6.1 We may update these Official Rules at any time. Fraud, multiple Accounts, and other misuse are handled under Section 13 of the Terms of Use, and disputes are resolved under Sections 20 and 21 of the Terms of Use. Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
